Where information is requested for optional purposes, DRACMA will provide the appropriate notice or mechanism to allow the individual to express their preference or refusal, where required by applicable law.

04. IMAGE, PHOTOGRAPHIC & AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL
DRACMA approaches photography, video and audiovisual documentation as an extension of its creative practice, not as a requirement of every experience.
Most DRACMA experiences are not created for content production or social media exposure. When photographs, videos or other audiovisual materials are produced or collected in connection with a project, they are created selectively and intentionally, primarily for internal archival purposes, artistic documentation or the development of a curated visual record of DRACMA’s work.
Privacy, discretion, good taste and the protection of our guests’ identities are fundamental to the way DRACMA operates.
We do not treat our clients, guests, venues, brands, artists or collaborators as promotional content.
For this reason, DRACMA does not routinely identify, tag or publicly mention clients, guests, venues, brands or other project partners through its social media channels or other public platforms. We also do not encourage or require public tagging, mentions or promotional exposure in connection with our experiences.
Any content created in connection with a DRACMA project is subject to prior internal curation and review before being considered for any public, editorial or promotional use.
DRACMA determines, according to the nature and context of each project, what material is appropriate to preserve, publish or include within its curated visual archive.
The presence of an individual, venue, brand, artist, collaborator or other identifiable element within photographic or audiovisual material does not, by itself, constitute authorization for public publication, identification, tagging, commercial use or distribution.
Any public, editorial, promotional or commercial use of identifiable images or other personal materials will be subject to the appropriate authorization, agreement or legal basis required under applicable law.
DRACMA believes that not everything needs to be shown, named or shared. The discretion surrounding an experience is part of the experience itself.

05. CONFIDENTIALITY & THIRD PARTIES
DRACMA treats with discretion and confidentiality all information shared by its clients, collaborators and project partners.
In the course of developing a project, DRACMA may share personal information with selected third parties when reasonably necessary to develop, coordinate or execute a project, or when required or permitted by applicable law.
These may include artists, creators, photographers, stylists, chefs, venues, hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, production teams, reservation platforms, payment processors, professional advisers and other selected collaborators.
DRACMA shares information in accordance with the nature and requirements of the relevant project and takes appropriate measures to protect information shared with third parties.
Where appropriate, DRACMA may require collaborators, providers or other project partners to enter into confidentiality, non-disclosure, data protection or other agreements governing the handling and use of information.
Project information, creative concepts, proposals, itineraries, methodologies, documents, visual materials, contacts, networks and other materials belonging to DRACMA remain protected and may not be reproduced, distributed, disclosed, adapted, commercially used or otherwise exploited without DRACMA’s prior written authorization, unless expressly permitted under a specific project agreement.

06. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
DRACMA takes appropriate measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.
Personal information and project-related materials may be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including administrative, contractual, accounting, legal, security, historical, creative and archival purposes.
The length of retention may vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal obligations and the legitimate needs of the relevant project or relationship.
When personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, DRACMA will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize or securely dispose of such information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, accounting, security, archival or other legitimate retention requirements.

Where the processing of personal information requires consent under applicable law, DRACMA will request such consent through the appropriate means.
Individuals may withdraw their consent where legally applicable by contacting DRACMA at hola@andahuar.com.
